Kevin was absolutely great, we found a house quickly that we loved but Kevin likes to go above and beyond and wants to make sure you are getting a good quality home in good shape and good condition. He also recommends getting a full home inspection and works with a gentleman that does it for a very reasonable price and checks EVERYTHING. He was there for over two hours and provided us with a handbook to know what we need to be aware of on our new home and also what could/should be replaced years down the line. Kevin didn’t care about making a sale or how long a sale takes, he makes sure you are happy with the home and also that the home is in good shape. We had a small bump with the appraisal coming in lower than asking, Kevin handled the situation very well, and wouldn’t let us pay more than the appraised value for the home. He told us to hang tight and the kinks will work out and sure enough they did. It is stressful waiting, but he is someone you can put trust in and know he knows what offers are best to go in at. He is definitely patient with first time home buyers which is what we are and explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend him if you’re looking for someone who cares about your happiness of finding the perfect home and not just selling another house
