Kevin is the best realtor. Buying a house is stressful. Especially since there are things most people don't know what to look for in a house. And they cost a lot, I mean A LOT. Then people buy a house and realize after the fact all these problems with it and our then. In comes Kevin. He knows his stuff and knows the business extremely well. He is very honest and will go through the house and point out things that our great with the house, but also will point out things that might be problematic. But will always make suggestions on how to fix it or how to make it better, if possible. He has a background in construction, so he knows what he's talking about. He never pressures you and will be VERY patient with you while you weigh out decisions. He has also has a good relationship with local lenders who are also extremely good and easy to deal with. We have bought two houses with Kevin and will definitely seek him out IF we decide to move again (not planning on it anytime soon though Kevin! ;) So if you WANT a house, you WANT to use Kevin Heiner!
