You're missing out if you go with anyone else. I am amazed at how much Kevin knows about his profession. He is truly a professional. My wife and three children loved him as well. My kids even had their own little way of speaking and laughing with Kevin.
GREAT FACTS TO KNOW ABOUT KEVIN:
1. Knows more than just the "realtor stuff", he used to work in home loans as well and educated me about the entire home buying process. I've never had anyone take the time to explain, literally everything, about this process.
2. He wants you to get "warm and fuzzy" about the house when you walk in and around with your family. If it's not for you, he has no problem waiting for you to find that house.
3. He is incredibly handy with tools. A true craftsman who can spot things that your average person might not see while walking around a home.
4. With over 20 years in the business, he knows and recommends great people/companies. His recommendation for the home inspector was so great, that even the sellers took notice of how thorough, professional, and spot-on our inspector was.

We picked up our keys today and met Kevin at the house. To our dismay, someone had busted in two doors. Kevin drove his truck to the hardware store, picked up plywood, 2 by 4s, and hardware.... then he stayed late (passed 9pm) to make sure we got those doors boarded up. Who does that for someone? Only a great person would. To top that off, he led a prayer for me and my family that we would be safe, happy, full of joy, and well protected in our new home.
All in all, not only did we find the most amazing agent, but we seriously found a life-long friend. I am definitely inviting him and his family to our family get togethers and he will always be the person I recommend to everyone in need of his services.
